By allowing yourself the odd treat here and there and as long as you don’t let that get out of hand, you can really sail along with your diet because it becomes so much less restrictive and therefore more welcome. Its like you get to have the best of both worlds by shedding a few pounds while at the same time still being able to treat yourself every now and then.
